The Quality Assurance and Reputation Improvement Unit (GPMPR) Team of the Faculty of Marine Science and Fisheries (FIKP) Hasanuddin University (Unhas) held monitoring and evaluation activities for online learning activities through SIKOLA on December 06, 2024. This activity was held in the GPMPR Room, FIKP Dean’s Building 3rd Floor and was attended by the Chairperson, Secretary of GPMPR, and ISO Coordinator of FIKP Unhas who were involved in the monitoring and evaluation of the SIKOLA learning system.
This activity aims to evaluate the implementation of SIKOLA which has been running for the past semester. This system provides a digital platform designed to facilitate the management of academic data, ranging from filling grades, student administration, to academic reports. The evaluation was conducted to ensure the system remains relevant to dynamic academic needs.
The implementation of SIKOLA plays an important role in improving the quality of academic services through the development of digital systems, so this evaluation is an important part of maintaining the quality of academic services that are transparent, accountable, and efficient. This activity ensures that SIKOLA can provide optimal benefits for students and lecturers. The results of SIKOLA monitoring and evaluation activities will be needed to make improvements, such as optimizing data access, updating grade filling features, and integrating other academic services.
The team also provides input from the SIKOLA IT team to improve the SIKOLA system in the future. Hopefully, this step can support the creation of an academic information system that will be more reliable and responsive to the needs of the entire academic community of FIKP Unhas.
