The Quality Assurance and Reputation Improvement Unit (GPMPR) for the Faculty of Marine and Fisheries Sciences held a preparatory meeting for the implementation of the Integrated Management System (SMT) Audit in the Fisheries Resource Utilization Study Program. The activity was held on Thursday (12/10) at the GPMPR Room, 3rd Floor, FIKP Dean Building. The agenda for this meeting discusses the documents that need to be prepared for the SMT Audit. There are a lot of documents required because this system accommodates several ISOs such as ISO 21001:2018, ISO 27001:2016, ISO 37001, and ISO 45001:2018. However, the time given was relatively short so the committee worked hard to prepare the document in the last few weeks.
Some of the resulting meeting conclusions include: (1) Preparing an SMT policy document; (2) Fill in the table of communication that occurs both internally and externally; (3) Socialization of SMT policies to the FIKP academic community through banners, websites and social media (Instagram and Whatsapp); (4) Identifying internal and external issues; (5) Prepare a list of needs and expectations of related parties; (6) Develop quality targets and achievement programs; (7) Identifying risks and controlling risks, (8) Carrying out K3 safety induction at the beginning of the meeting in each laboratory; (9) Collect all SMT documents required during the SMT audit.
