The Management Review Meeting (RTM) is a routine agenda for the Faculty of Marine and Fisheries Sciences every 3 months. The RTM meeting was held on November 17 2023 at the FIKP Senate Room, 2nd Floor. This activity was attended by all work unit leaders starting from the Dean, Deputy Dean, Chair and Secretary of the Quality Assurance and Reputation Enhancement Group (GPMPR), Head and Secretary of the Department, Head of the Program Studies, Head of Administration, Head of Academic and Student Affairs Subdivision, Head of Planning, Resources and Alumni Subdivision, Head of Partnership, Research and Innovation Subdivision, and ISO FIKP Coordinator. This activity was opened by the Dean of FIKP with the hope that all work unit leaders will immediately follow up on all AMI findings and suggestions from FIKP users to improve services within the scope of FIKP.
The Chair of the GPMPR explained all the work unit’s findings. In general, SPMI’s findings from all study programs include the unavailability of strategic plan documents and study program performance reports, the unavailability of research and PkM reports involving students, and complete evidence for each SPMI standard. Apart from study programs, there are still other work units that are considered to need to improve their academic services starting at the department level and each subdivision head at FIKP. Next, follow-up is needed from each work unit and document and allocate budget to follow up on existing findings.
