Monitoring the Progress of the Preparation of Study Program ISK Documents within  FIKP

MONITORING KEMAJUAN PENYUSUNAN DOKUMEN ISK PRODI DI LINGKUP FIKP

GPMPR FIKP monitors the preparation of the Supplement Conversion Instrument (ISK) documents for the Aquatic Resources Management and the Fisheries Agribusiness Study Programs. This activity was carried out on Wednesday (06/03) in GPMPR meeting room on the 3rd Floor of the FIKP Dean’s Building. This activity was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Marine Sciences and Fisheries, Deputy Dean for Academic and Student Affairs, Deputy Dean for Resource Planning, and Alumni, Chair and Secretary of the Quality Assurance and Reputation Improvement Unit, ISO Coordinator, Head of Study Program and Task Force for each study program.

The activity began with remarks from the Dean regarding the urgency of preparing the ISK document. In his speech, the Dean hoped that the ISK document could be completed as soon as possible so that both study programs could achieve “Distinction” accreditation rating. Next was a presentation on the progress of the preparation of ISK documents from the Aquatic Resources Management Study Program as well as the Fisheries Agribusiness. In the presentation there were several constructive suggestions from the Deputy Dean for Academic and Student Affairs, Deputy Dean for Planning, Resources and Alumni, Chair and Secretary of GPMPR.

In general, the preparation of the ISK document has been carried out and there are internal suggestions such as the need to: (1) omplete DT and DTPS data; (2) complete the graduate profile, description and abilities that must be possessed; (3) Attach supporting documents in the form of Google Drive; (4) Complete quality assurance data; (5) Update the latest data in accordance with TS. In this meeting, the schedule for the next meeting was also discussed and what strategies were needed to complete the ISK document according to the predetermined targets.
