The Faculty of Marine Science and Fisheries (FIKP), Hasanuddin University, held a meeting on the development of the 2026 quality targets. The meeting took place on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at the GPMPR Room, FIKP UNHAS.
The event was attended by the Dean of FIKP, Vice Deans I, II, and III, the Head of Administration Office (KTU), and Subdivision Heads (Kasubag) within the FIKP work units. The meeting was an important part of strengthening faculty governance and aligning institutional performance targets for the upcoming year.
During the meeting, various quality target indicators were discussed to serve as references for implementing programs and activities within FIKP throughout 2026. The formulation of these targets took into account previous performance achievements as well as the university’s policy direction outlined in the performance contract between the Rector and the Dean.
The Dean of FIKP emphasized that the development of measurable and realistic quality targets is a strategic step in supporting improvements in academic services, governance, research, community service, and the achievement of the faculty’s key performance indicators.
Through this meeting, it is expected that all work units within FIKP UNHAS will share a common understanding of the performance targets and indicators to be achieved, so that the implementation of the 2026 work program can run more effectively, systematically, and accountably.
