ISO 9001:2015 is a quality management standard issued by the International Organization for Standardization, also known as ISO, which contains requirements that must be met by an institution/institution in establishing a quality management system. By referring to ISO 9001: 2015, an institution/institution can evaluate whether the processes carried out by the institution/institution can meet the wishes/requirements of the customer consistently. In addition, the application of the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system can also ensure the consistency of the quality of an institution’s processes. At the Faculty of Marine Sciences and Fisheries, Hasanuddin University (FIKP Unhas), ISO 9001:2015 is adopted in all academic and non-academic processes in each unit. On December 21, 2022, at the FIKP Senate Room, an Internal Quality Audit of the FIKP ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System was carried out. The audit was officially opened by the dean of FIKP, Safruddin, S.Pi., MP., Ph.D. The two auditors from the ISO Secretariat of Unhas are Prof. Dr. Nunuk Hariani Soekamto, MS., and Drs. Arsyad Genda, M.Sc. Present at the audit were Deputy Deans for Planning, Resources and Alumni, Deputy Dean for Academic and Student Affairs, Chair and Secretary of the Quality Assurance and Reputation Improvement Group, KTU, Heads of Subdivisions and ISO managers. The audit went smoothly with several suggestions to complete the form related to human resources and infrastructure. All suggestions were followed up immediately.
