The Quality Assurance and Reputation Improvement Unit of the Faculty of Marine Sciences and Fisheries carried out preparations for the Internal Quality Audit of the Integrated Management System in the Fisheries Resource Utilization Study Program by inviting resource persons, namely St. Nur Insani, S.Kom. The activity was held on Friday (08/12) at the GPMPR Room, 3rd Floor, FIKP Dean Building. This activity discusses the documents that need to be prepared for the SMT Audit. The documents required are very large because this system has accommodated several ISOs such as ISO 21001:2018 (Educational Organization Management System), ISO 27001:2016 (Information Security Management System), ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery Management System), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System).
The activity begins with a discussion of the documents required for each work unit that will be audited starting from the Dean, GPMPR, Head of Administration, Subdivision Heads, Occupational Safety and Health (K3) Team, Integrity Zone Team, and IT Technicians within the Faculty of Marine Sciences and Fisheries. In general, the documents required for an SMT audit are available well, but adjustments still need to be made to the latest format. The audit is planned to be carried out on Monday (11/12) with two different types of audit, namely Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001:2015 with Integrated Management System.
