The discussion topics in this meeting included the results of the 2025 internal quality audit (AMI), academic and non-academic performance achievements, evaluation of the implementation of the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi (Three Pillars of Higher Education), stakeholder satisfaction levels, and measurable improvement action plans.
The RTM session proceeded with constructive discussions among participants, resulting in several strategic recommendations such as strengthening the academic information system, improving the effectiveness of administrative services, enhancing faculty performance indicators, and promoting increased international collaboration.
