Faculty of Marine Science and Fisheries (FIKP) Hasanuddin University organized a 2025 Risk Table Preparation activity, as part of a commitment to strengthen the transparent, accountable, and oriented faculty governance system to improve the quality of academic and non-academic services.

Risk table preparation activities are strategic steps in identifying, analyzing, and managing potential risks that can hinder the achievement of faculty objectives, both in the field of institutional governance and universities.
This activity is not merely an administrative obligation, but a part of a quality culture and mitigation that must be part of sustainable planning and evaluation.
In this activity, participants actively identified various potential risks in each unit, both in the aspect of institutional, human resources, finance, infrastructure facilities, and risks in the implementation of the university’s tridarma. Each risk is then analyzed based on its potential and impact, and relevant mitigation measures are formulated.
This risk table preparation activity is expected to serve as a reference in the preparation of the faculty’s annual work plan and budget, as well as to be an integral part of the ongoing internal quality assurance system. In addition, it also supports accreditation of institutions and study programs and risk-based performance reporting at the university level.
As a follow-up, GPMPR team will monitor the implementation of the formulated risk mitigation, as well as prepare a periodic risk evaluation report.
Through this activity, the National Examination of Human Rights emphasized its commitment as an adaptive, resilient, and ready to face the dynamic challenges of future changes with a structured and systematic risk management approach.
