GPMPR Room (20/09/2023), the FIKP Quality Assurance and Reputation Improvement Unit invited all Quality Assurance Units (UJM) for each study program within the FIKP scope starting from undergraduate level to doctoral level. There are a total of 9 study programs at FIKP. The agenda for this meeting discusses the progress of the learning evaluation report for the Final Semester 2022/2023 and the learning evaluation for the Early Semester 2023/2024. holding work meetings in preparation for learning evaluations entering the new school year.
This activity is one of the first steps that must be taken so that learning activities can be carried out optimally. This meeting also discussed the obstacles faced by each UJM regarding student participation in filling out the questionnaire form and suggestions from UJM to revise the questions in the questionnaire which were considered too many so that students were too bored filling out the questionnaire form.
Through this learning evaluation meeting, UJM identifies the problems encountered and provides the best solutions so that all forms of problems, obstacles and shortcomings in the implementation of lectures can be corrected in lecture activities in the following semester which are then included in the learning evaluation report. At this meeting, the Head of the Quality Assurance and Reputation Improvement Unit continuously reminded UJM for each study program to prepare a learning evaluation report for the Final Semester 2022/2023.
