ISO Secretariat of Hasanuddin University conducted an internal quality audit of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) in all units within the scope of Hasanuddin University. Basically the implementation of AMI aims to ensure the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 is in accordance with the standards/goals/objectives. AMI is an independent, objective, planned and systematic activity, and is based on a series of evidence to ensure that the goals and objectives of the program that have been set are actually fulfilled.
ISO 9001:2015 SMM Internal Quality Audit for the Faculty of Marine Science and Fisheries was carried out on July 6, 2023 at FIKP’s Quality Assurance and Reputation Improvement Unit (GPMPR) Room. This activity lasts for 3 (three) hours starting at 13.00 to 16.00 WITA. The series of AMI activities was quite simple, starting with the opening by the Head of the FIKP GPMPR, namely Dr. Nursinah Amir, S.Pi., MP., then continued with a few words from the Dean of FIKP Mr. Safruddin, S.Pi., MP., Ph.D. According to him, this activity is very important as a reference for FIKP to improve and continue to improve what FIKP has been lacking so far.
This AMI activity was attended by FIKP leaders, Dean and Deputy Dean, Chair and Secretary of the FIKP GPMPR, KTU, Heads of Subdivision, ISO Coordinator, GPM Admin, Laboratory Assistant, and librarians. In addition, no less important are the two auditors from the ISO Secretariat, namely Dr. Muhammad Rusman, ST., MT and Dr. Syaharuddin, M.Sc. apt. The auditor conducts an audit for approximately 3 hours. During the audit there were many constructive discussions and suggestions for FIKP. Of course this is very good for FIKP to improve the quality of academic and non-academic services in the future.
