Task
GPM PR FIKP is tasked with planning, implementing, controlling and developing quality assurance and reputation enhancement in accordance with the task field
Function
- Formulation of academic quality and reputation policies that are in line with Unhas academic quality policies, in order to achieve academic performance targets for the Faculty and study programs;
- Formulation and development of academic quality standards that are in line with Unhas quality standards;
- Planning and implementing strategic programs to increase reputation and ranking at the Faculty level;
- Development and strengthening of cooperation with national and international ranking institutions through the coordination of the Unhas Reputation Improvement Center
- Implementation of academic and management quality standards that are in line with Unhas quality standards;
- Formulation of academic quality and reputation manuals that are in line with Unhas quality manuals;
- Development of an information system-based monitoring and evaluation system for academic quality and reputation;
- Implementation of reputation improvement and ranking programs both nationally and internationally;
- Implementation of monitoring and evaluation of academic quality assurance and reputation activities;
- Submission of reports on monitoring and evaluation results along with recommendations in writing to the Dean;
- Implementation of analysis of follow-up implementation of monitoring and evaluation;
- Provision of recommendations for improvement to achieve faculty and study program targets; And
- Implementation of other tasks given by the Dean
